FACTORS AFFECTING THE INTENTION TO QUIT FROM THE TEACHING PROFESSION AMONG VOCATIONAL TEACHERS

This paper aimed to explore the variables that influenced intention quit teaching profession among vocational teachers. Moreover, researchers examined differences in perception of levels emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction teachers Thailand. The target population comprised from public colleges Thailand with a total number 29,915. stratified random sampling technique was used for selecting samples. data collection involved self-report surveys 510 55 Thailand's metropolitan, north, northeast, east, south. Correlation regression analyses were examine possible relationships identify significant variables. findings reported exhaustion depersonalization moderate while accomplishment at high level. Job strongest predictor quit. In addition, three components burnout teachers: accomplishment. For implication, this study recommended practical application dimension policy improvement concerning teachers' welfare. It emphasized need develop programs supporting mental health reduce increase satisfaction.
